Andy creates personal nutritional and lifestyle programmes based on each individual client’s health, history, symptoms and, if necessary, test results. The programmes run over an initial period of 12 weeks, or for a longer period if required. Some serious cases may require several months or years.

Andy conducts her nutritional therapy sessions from her relaxing and spacious office in Hampstead, London, NW3. It’s close to the Finchley Road tube station, which is on the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines. There are also many bus routes running in the nearby area, including numbers 13, 31, 46, 82, 113, 187, 268, 603 or C11. Andy can also offer you a permit for off-road parking if required. Andy is a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), is registered with the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and is accredited with the Institute for Functional Medicine (AFMCP). As such, she is bound by their Codes of Conduct and is fully insured.
She has also completed a four-year Nutritional Therapy Diploma Course at the world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition, and takes regular top-up courses to ensure she is always referring to the most advanced research and giving the best nutritional advice.
