Steamed egg in a cup – a delicious, Sugar Safe and easy breakfast.

Serves 1


Unsalted butter or olive oil

1 large organic egg

Black pepper

Himalayan salt


Coat the inside of a cup with oil or butter. Crack an egg into it. Season with a pinch of pepper and salt. Transfer the cup to a steamer and cover. Steam for approximately 10 to 15 minutes or until it is done. Serve with your chosen side.
