Thinly slice the lemon and line the steaming basket with the slices. Place the dill over the lemon slices. Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the salmon over the dill, making sure to leave space between the fillets so the steam can evenly surround the fish.

Place the steaming basket over the water, cover and steam for about 10 minutes until the fish is cooked to your liking.

Once it is cooked, remove it from the steamer and plate it. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with fresh dill. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
