yoghurt garlic sauce
You’ll see me mentioning this sauce in various recipes across the site as it goes with such a variety of dishes – it’s absolutely delicious.
3/4 cup full-fat Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp chopped flat-leaf fresh parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp capers, chopped
Combine the yoghurt, capers, parsley and garlic in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavours to infuse.
