yoghurt, berries and seeds

yoghurts, berries and seeds

Berries are potent anti-oxidants. They help keep free radicals in check and fight inflammation. Seeds are filled with protein and healthy mono and polyunsaturated fats. They’re also great plant-based sources of essential amino acids and minerals, so are excellent for vegans. Full-fat Greek yoghurt is packed with probiotics and is a good source of vitamin B12; therefore this quick and easy breakfast recipe is probably one of the best in terms of nutrient density!

Ingredients

1 cup full-fat Greek yoghurt (or any other yoghurt of your choice)

½ cup of blueberries/blackberries/strawberries/goji berries or a mixture of all of them

1 handful of mixed seeds

Method

Spoon a cup of yoghurt into a serving dish and top with the berries, then add the seeds and enjoy!
